WFHESL 2010 TEST REGISTRATION

TESTING DATES & LOCATION

Testing will be held April 5th & 6th, 2010
Trinitas Christian School - 3301 E. Johnson Avenue

Students must arrive by 8:00 a.m. to begin testing at 8:30a.m.*
*Drop off before 8 am will not be available as Testing Coordinators will be preparing for their day.
Students arriving after 8:30 will NOT be admitted.
Please send a snack and drink with your student, labeled with their name and grade.

TESTING FEES

WFHESL Members -$20
Non-Members - $30

Please Note: Cash will NOT be accepted - Please send Personal Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order
MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO: WFHESL

There will be a $10.00 returned check fee for any insufficient funds check received for testing payment.
Additionally, test results will be withheld until the league receives reimbursement for the insufficient
funds check and the $10.00 fee.

Registrations must be postmarked by March 20th.

Registrations postmarked after March 20th will be accepted only if space is available and must include an additional late fee of $10 per student.
